This recording focuses on the idea of mentally unplugging yourself from your own body and the world surrounding you to enter a profoundly deep trance state in a short period of time. There are some suggestions to not remember your experience while hypnotized and to completely and totally blank out during the deeper parts of this experience. This recording will include some arm drops so please make sure you have some space to move in order to do them safely.

At a certain moment basically the light went off in my head. Creepy thing about it is that if I try to think of what happened, a song called "disconnect the world" pops into my head. I mean it kinda sorta makes sense, because just before I started listening it was already stuck in my head and it's easily associated with the theme of this vid, but still… it has a creepy feel to it.

It mostly worked but I can just never seem to fully black out for some reason. It sucks cause I wanna know what it's like to wake up and not remember what just happened.

Hello ultra, I have a suggestion can you do a hypnosis fantasy where we're a mermaid, but we get hypnotized by another merman (you) and are taken to this underwater cave. When we enter the cave we see all sorts of potions and herbs, then we watch you put together a potion where it will make us fall into a deep state of sleep. Then you give us the potion and start to swim around us, making a spiral in the water that will pull us down even further into sleep. This was just one of many fantasy's I have in my head, I hope you see this because it might interest some people. If you do then thank you for reading it, and sorry that it is so long. Dude that was super weird like I kinda remember it at least the beginning part abt focusing your mental energy on stuff and I just had a bunch of random anxiety and thoughts that I hyper focused on it so it really felt like I couldn’t move anything which always cool :3

I sort of remember a mild disappointment right after a countdown near the end but I don’t remember why and it kind of confuses me. I really didn’t want to wake up, and for the life of me I can’t remember what happened in the recording even though I usually remember everything

I've tried a lot of these hoping one would work, but they just don't lol. I think I've pinpointed the issue to not being able to disconnect my awareness of my surroundings. If anyone has any suggestions, please share them. I really want hypnosis to work for me lol.

Do you mean this one worked and the others not? And yeah, they do work (this one especially), but on the other hand; I've learnt how to "trance" with a bit of pratice 2-3 years ago, iirc.
