Unreal Engine 5: Item drops tutorial (Fortnite style) 

For this tutorial, I will be creating an item drops effect similar to that of Fortnite. It will have an outer glow, with a moving scanlines effect and shines. There is also an outer glow created using particles (Niagara system).
