BUTTER!!! I prefer salted for spreading on foods. With salted butter, it has a better counter life if you like to leave it out, because science. Haven't tried it by itself, certainly don't intend to. I almost always use unsalted when baking or making buttercream frosting. I'm of the mindset that unsalted should be used with anything that you'll be adding salt to in the recipe. On a side note, I cringed when you drank it. I thought melting the butter was going in a different direction... 😂😂😂 My review of this video review: 5/5
