What dysfunctions usually follow or are typically associated with this one? Doing this stretch improved my breathing and aligned the rotation of my right foot inward but I still have some slight discomfort around my left si and left pubic joint. It is also harder to move my right patella medially (requires more effort), I have pain on the inside of my right foot now from changing its previous natural orientation, and walking still feels a little wobbly on my right side.
