Have been taking this (expensive) supplement for 3 weeks. The thing that has changed in my daily life is NO energy crash in the afternoon (usually around 3pm). No more need for caffeine…cool!

Found a coupon code but even with 20% off, the shipping puts it right back up to about $90 for the humic and the fulvic. Says they last 1 person 2 months. Wowsers, what family can afford that?! Would be about $500 every couple months for my family. Interesting product but its not really a breakthrough or of interest to the public until its reasonably affordable to use. Until then it is just some neat thing ultra wealthy people are doing.

I dont care this is political correct or not here, learning about this cellular micro universe... how could we not see a nature created by a living real God. Amazing and incredible are not words that can begin to describe this wonder!! My goodness!! what a universe we live in, the micro and the galactic.. wow!!!!

I don't think there are ingredients other than the fulvic acid and water. (Or humic acid and water, depending in which one you got.) Right?

Dr Mindy this was a great episode! I think you are so wise, getting to the root cause AKA minerals help us and all the good nutrients we need will alleviate us from having to take most of the supplements, hrt etc because of the soils and the boxed foods and even the level of protein sources is not the same I get it! Thanks so much for this one ❤

Given the way a cell functions would you agree that having an Omega 6:Omega 3 ratio of 3:1 is important so that the cell membrane is fluid and enables the flow of things in and out, optimizing ATP etc?

Hang on...what? LMNT is not a good idea? Damn. I sweat in the sauna and my teen plays soccer out in the unbearable heat. We'd never in a million years drink Gatorade but we thought our unflavored LMNT was a safe and healthy way to replenish electrolytes. Sigh. Sometimes with the health movement up is down, left is right, kale is bad, etc. Hard to keep up.

Agreed its a constant change. This is why i use things like beam, restore, vitality bits, they are from nature and whole. That doesnt change. Unfortunately, supplements are really expensive, especially the good one's but being sick is a lot more expensive.❤

My moms uncle was into this from the 50s. My mom used to drag me in the 60s & I remember the smell! But it must have been effective. The uncle died was in his late 80s & my mom was 95.
