I have had the Revlon for exactly the same amount of time and have experienced the exact same wear and tear. I still ADORE this tool and am absolutely willing to buy a new one every year if necessary! Total game changer! BTW...love your hairstyle and your makeup look with glasses!
I totally agree! I'd do the same, especially because you can buy it on sale for less than $40. You'd spend more than that on a pro blow out for one day lol
I bought the Revlon One-Step Volumizing Styler a few weeks ago (I got the turquoise one) because of your review and it's great! I'm glad to hear it's held up so well because I am loving it!
I can't wait to hear how you like! Make sure to come back and tell me if it's as much of a life changer for you as it has been for me. I'm so excited for you!
That’s a bummer about the Hot Tools brush making your hair staticky. I just ordered it online yesterday because your review was so glowing. Guess I’ll hang onto the box in case I run into the same issue.
Oh no! I am sorry .... I went through a lot of these volumizers trying to find something better than my Revlon, but in the end I prefer the Revlon. I will make sure to add this statement to all my videos to prevent further confusion. _Thanks for pointing this out and apologies for any inconvenience or confusion._
I can say that I've tried the standard Dyson dryer and a round brush when my luggage with my Revlon was lost in Montreal and I felt the Revlon performs leaps and bounds above the Dyson blow dryer.
It seems like there is a battle for which is better. I think I'll have to just bite the bullet and try it out. And if they don't work, then I can return it. It's just I know they can't resell it... (Especially now with Covid.) So, I just wish I could figure it out before hand. Especially since I have curly hair.
The official information from Revlon = www.revlonhairtools.com/returns _Some of my subscribers have returned defective Revlon One-Steps several months after purchase and stated they had no issues from Revlon._ As far as wear of Bristles most warranties do not cover day to day wear and tear. In my case the damage was due to packing it wrong, maybe I could attempt a return, but it works still. To be honest I NEED it so much now that even if I sent mine back I would run out and buy a new one while waiting for the return :)
