Yes, but that requires set up. All three of the other FA's do not require set up at all. I'll admit the effect is better than Meister, but it's definitely not better than Mach or Crosser, and Meister is much easier to summon. The level 6 is just awkward. Until we get support that actually decreases levels of FA's in hand, then I'll say it's worth playing.
Because Catapult also has a grave effect that isn't restricted by what you control, and you can easily discard it through either Ravine or Guitarr. Catapult can also be activated from the grave the turn it is sent.
