Hello: Thanks for the tips. I went whole food-plant based to lower my total serum cholesterol and LDL and they dropped from high values (210 and 120) to 'ideal' levels (124 and 75). Actually, below 75 is ideal. I also came of blood pressure med and my bp is normal! I lost 55 lb and kept off 50 of it. Three years running and healthy and happy! Good, tasty versions you have. I have one for you and it's simple and you may not like but here goes: whole wheat pasta (measured 6 ounces dry), cooked and mixed with a can of black beans, cayenne pepper. Raw spinach on the side. that's a meal for a single person but quite a big meal. Super healthy though. I eat it twice every single day and get all the nutrients I need. Best wishes.

natural flavor on the ingredient list can be anything. some natural flavors come from beaver castorium. i always check with the company before eating natural flavoring to see if it comes from an animal source, which some does, and it is also good to know that if it does come from an animal source that it may be an animal and part that you may not want to consume.
