I've often relied on the Plant Based Athlete basic meal; a grain, some beans, veggies, & a sauce. The problem is that most store bought sauces have way too much salt, sugar, and preservatives. These sauces are quick and easy to make. Thank you so much for creating this content. You guys are Gold!

These look like great sauces. Those were some delicious-looking bowls and salads. It was great having Crystal help, because the banter and laughs with the two of you is always fun. Although, the videos you do on your own are amazing, too…so much good information and tasty, healthy recipes. I finally tried your tahini sauce yesterday (the one with a few more ingredients), Derek, and it was soooo goood! Thanks! I really like your channel.

You two are so much fun and down to earth. You might like a Nutri Bullet because the cups come in three sizes and are really easy to clean and take up less space in the sink. They are great for making dressings.

We have the same problem with limes! I do a Tahiti, garlic and lime (with salt and water, which don't count right!) LOL! AND ARSNIC IN THOSE STRAWBERRY TOPS!
