Thanks Jimmy Dean, another easy-to-watch vid. Slightly off-piste but maybe of interest. Have you installed a boiler with weather compensation and does the room-influence work with any OpenTherm thermostats? (I'm talking about boilers with an external wall sensor - not a fake weather service doodah). Cheers.

Hello love your videos set up all my rad valves using your Gide on here and they are now working great. I would now like to upgrade my thermostat to a programmable one 5-2 day type. I have a vaillant eco tec pro 28 combi boiler with a Honeywell t6360b1028 thermostat, would like to use a Honeywell t4 5-2 stat but unsure if it will work. I have 3 wires to the current stat brown to 1,grey to 3,and black to 2. Thanks in advance

Can I simply replace Centaurplus C21 with this one? It seems to be compatible based on same 6 contact base plate.

Good man. I do all the plumbing and heating for my local too. My landlord is a legend. Pays on the nail and always gives a few free pints. Mind you, I did unblock his urinals at 7pm last new year's eve after he phoned me in a panic. So, I suppose he does owe me - BIG TIME!!!!!!!

Great video as always, I'm about to tackle replacing our old Horstman 425 coronet which is a single channel, and I am wanting to upgrade it to a twin channel, haven't really been able to find anything online that says it isn't possible. May go for a smart model like nest or hive if anyone has any advice on which is best?

How does migenie compare to hive/ nest or any of the other heating controls. Atm I have a Worcester Bosch 28i junior with a fused spare. That's about it. Any recommendation?

hi guys need some advice, just had a Honeywell cmt927 wireless programmable thermostat fitted. I want to change it for a Wi-Fi thermostat I can control from an iPhone without having to change the back plate. Would a Honeywell single zone round term with an evohome mobile access kit fit the back plate.

hi mate, yes Honeywell do a wifi controller that will pair with the installed receiver so I think ill go for that. thanks and Hold tight

First question: 3:32 where's the third zone valve ? 2 DHW cylinders ? OK. Not the 3 zones I had in mind. I had: 1. DHW 2. House rads 3. Pub rads.

Disappointing you said show them how it works when they get back - surely better to tell them to log in while away so they can control their heating before they're back !
