I play squash so these exercises will be an excellent addition to my training schedule to improve my speed and power,, especially during this 3rd lockdown that we are currently in so`I can one day return to the court hopefully sharper than my opponents `;-`). Many thanks and keep them coming!!

I do some every once in a while. But would stick to a serious plan if i'm sure they improve strength.

It does work. When your generating force from toe through your hip to the shoulders extended to the arm, these help you generate that force.

@@HauntedWhispersOfficial 2 minutes or 3 minutes should be good, you need too rest when training for power. You can make the rest shorter if you want more endurence
