I had my neck sprain after continuous traveling, and as usual i do yoga at night time before showering. At the end of this video, my neck sprain is gone. Thank you so much, this kind of little happiness you yoga classes give me which makes me love them more. You are my favorite yoga instructor on youtube. Thank you for existing. Love from India ❤💐

The energy and presence you exude is so helpful with helping to calm down while following along. I believe proper yoga is helpful in overall healing and growth.
