Perfect, this was really nice. I'd love to have some more upper body power flows to tag onto these for a complete upper only workout. Not everyones cup of tea I know, but lots of heat building chatarangas, planks, wild things before dropping the pace into this style. 💪 x

After the morning live zoom yesterday I woke up today to my upper body being quite tight and sore, surprisingly! Love this feeling in my body, however needed a good stretch out! This release was absolutely awesome! Loved how we worked through every little bit of the upper back and I feel sooo much better now. Drawing circles with the elbows was fun 😉 Thank you Helen!

I had finished an intense full body weight lifting class yesterday after a few weeks of not going to the gym so I had really intense DOMS today. Felt really stiff and like an old grandma trying to move around lmao. This has helped immensely, I feel so much better thank you☺️
