I like that this class was relatively silent. So many teachers talk during yin class -- it's hard to relax. This was nice because I could just concentrate on the pose.
This sequence is magical. I often have upper back tension/aches and this is my go to. I've probably done this video 50 times since discovering it a few years ago. It always helps, and I am so grateful!
Just noticed I have already liked this video. Would have given it a like again. This is the second time that I am doing it. My back feels so much better. Only my shoulders still hurt.
My wife has been try to get me to try yoga for years! Wished I have listened. Loving the Yin Yoga. Thanks for the great classes. Thank to Yin Yoga I can ride my bike again.
I sure needed this for my upper back. My right side is feeling so tight lately. I broke my ankle last November, is probably why. I think I’ll do even more just to keep feeling the effects. Love your videos, Kassandra! Thanks as always ❤

This practice was a tremendous help for my upper back and shoulders. I spent hours in my car yesterday and this really loosened me up and broke through the stiffness.

Bow tie changed my life! I always have tightness and knots between my shoulders and this was amazing to loosen them up. I will continue to do this on a regular basis. I love ALL your videos, Kassandra! Namaste!

Congratulations on your dedication to teaching and promoting Yin Yoga. I am a beginner and I like many of your videos. Personally fish poses with a block I find not very comfortable and I use a Bolster. The princess fish pose :)

Hi Kassandra, this was wonderful! I was wondering if you could make a special yin practice for upper body and chest openers for people who suffer from neck injury and cant lean on their forehead or chin. Here's a nice challenge for you pro. Love your channel!!!!

I am not normally a fan of yin yoga but thought I would give this a go as I am in desperate need of some tension release! I actually really enjoyed it so thank you. I also want to thank you for giving such clear oral instructions, my room isn't very big and so it is difficult to find a spot to put my laptop that I can see you from my mat; but I find that your instruction is so clear and concise that I am able to get into the pose without interrupting my flow to look at my screen so thank you.
I thought my upper back was bad until I did this practice. My back was terrible!! So stiff I couldn’t take full breaths in without pain. Ugh, so much better. Thank you.❤️
Thank you, Kassandra! This class is my go-to for “painter’s neck”. If it’s too much pressure on your knees, add a block under your toes, can’t believe how much deeper I could go into my shoulders taking the pressure off my knees.
Been going a lot to massages to fix back and shoulder pain. Just finished this routine and already felt some relief. Will practice this and another similar one on your channel hopefully every day if I can find the time. Thanks Kassandra. You are the best

Thanks Kassandra! My shoulders feel so much better. I experienced having my left breast removed 23 years ago, and that surgery is just now showing up in my shoulder in an obviously unhappy way. This practice was so beneficial and just the right amount of time. Namaste'
