Yin Yoga For Upper Body | Release All Your Stress In 20 Minutes : Boho Beautiful Yoga
This Yin Yoga class for upper body is going to be fully targeted on releasing tension and stiffness in your neck, shoulders, arms, and upper back. This restorative yoga practice using yin yoga poses to release upper body soreness & stiffness for the physical body, and emotional and mental stress that you may be holding deep within. We will move gently and slowly through each yoga posture and hold selected asanas for two and half minutes to encourage a really deep myofascial release.
Remember, breathing is a very important factor in any Yin Yoga class so through out this entire practice make sure you're taking deep breaths in and long slow exhales out. Bring oxygen to your muscles, organs, and mind. Re-energize your nervous system, let go of stress and tension, and become fully present in each moment of each posture as you let go of the past with each exhale you make.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga practice that targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.
Suitable for almost all levels, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Thank you! I used to dance ballet and had impeccable posture. Now fast forward 15 years and a desk job later, my posture is terrible and I feel so tight in the upper back and shoulders. This workout was so needed. The puppy pose killed! I feel so much better after this. Will add this routine to my weekly workout.

This literally just released all of the tension I’ve been experiencing in my lower back for a week now. As we got to our final yin posture, I literally cried out in the first thread the needle and then you confirmed it, it really does help with the lower back as well! This practice was so beautiful. I didn't even realize I was in a certain state of mind before this practice but god... when I finished this it was like just a cloud left my body and I felt just so amazing I felt like I had been given so much headspace and just a sense of relief. truly powerful what the breath and movement can do.

This video was exactly what I needed! Love you guys so much. I am a Holistic Esthetician and I lean over my clients all day. No matter how good my ergonomics are, my upper back gets so tired and today I was desperately needing this stretch. Thank you Juliana / This has become my nightly routine and helps with my breathing and comfort all night long. I had open heart surgery a few years ago and the side effects have been bothering me ever since. They cut the nerves at the back of the rib cage to accommodate opening up the rib cage without damaging the nerves, but the way the nerves grow back is always a bit problematic. These nerves enervate the diaphragm and the erector spinae muscles of the back so constant cramping becomes the new normal. This routine has gone a long way to reduce that cramping. God bless.

I want to thank you, guys, from the bottom of my heart for what you are doing. I've been working at very stressful job for over 2 years, quit recently. Got myself high blood pressure, constant anxiety, high heart rate, couldn't sleep at night and come to understanding - stress could kill you very fast, if constant. I do yoga everyday now and it helps alot, I feel better, and I could sleep now. So thank you, and hope you are doing well.

Thanks so much I didn’t know that my upper body is too tight Yesterday I tried your yin yoga for hips and hamstrings I can’t describe how thankful I am I used to have so much pain in my hips and I spent a year trying to increase my hips flexibility but no results till yesterday I tried yin yoga for the first time and my hips released the tense and pain that was locked there Thank you

WOW. This is my first time watching and following any of your content and let me tell you THIS FLOW was absolutely amazing. I’ve been doing yoga (at home) since 2020 to heal some pains I’ve had, being a former athlete. My upper body has NEVER felt as free as it does after finishing this video. This flow has helped my normally painful and stiff shoulders so much. And it seems easy but it’s actually challenging. I’ve begun including it in all of my workouts after I use weights etc. It’s honestly like free physio for those of us with past shoulder injuries and stiff or painful shoulders. I hardly ever praise videos this much, but it’s really really helped. So thanks, Boho.

Thank you for this beautiful practice. I suffer from a severe back pain. Many years ago I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and broke all the ribs on my left side and I have a lot of intercostal spasms that occur. Tonight I was having such a difficult time breathing and I did this practice with you and I feel so much better. You're encouraging cueing and excellent postures helped relieve my pain... Thank you 💗

I've been facing lot of back pain due to online work. Went through uncomfortable sittings and lots of pain in the lower back area, even after medications... following you guys since 3½ years almost.. This one just relieved my two days long pain within 20 mins... after this back pain I couldn't do the downward facing dog for 8 months(in which I was soo good at 8 months ago).. Now I couldn't did that before the start of the video .. once I completed I could do it without any pain.. I'm so glad to have my lower back feeling it's best.. why did not it occur to me Mannn.. Gonna do this almost every day until my pain is out of earth... Love and light guys🥺🥺🥺

Whenever I am in puppy posture my arms and hands always start to tingle. I was able to breathe through the first one but the second one made me anxious so I had to pause the video. I did continue and I feel a great release in my upper body :)

I have had a frozen shoulder for months. This is the first time I’ve been able to move it without pain. I wish I had done this sooner, but I will do this yoga practice every day! Thank you.
