Thank you Nico for this video. I watched your proposal video like 2 weeks ago. I have applied to at least 10 jobs interviewed by 4 and hired by 3 clients. One of the interviews I made a mistake on the test project which could have won me my 4th but I learnt my lesson. Looking forward to being aggressive and revamping my profile especially creating specialized profiles and detailed portfolio. Thanks again.

Great question, I recommend only offering 2 (maximum of 3) services on Upwork. And they should all be related. Ex.) Facebook Ads | Google Ads | RU-vid Ads instead of Bookkeeping | Facebook Ads | Web design Does that make sense? Feel free to reply if you have a question about that ^^

@@olayinkaolyj9375 I recommend only offering related services on Upwork. If you're offering SEO and Paid ads, those are similar enough to offer them both on Upwork and I would recommend creating 2 specialized profiles.

Can my friend give me a testimonial on my Upwork profile but he did not hire me on Upwork and are our laptops connected to the same wifi? Kindly guide me about that Nico

You don't need to be hired on Upwork to get a testimonial from someone. Not sure about the wifi piece, I don't think that's an issue though. Make sure you and your friend are ethical about this, and he should only write a testimonial that is truthful!

I find it best for a friend / family member to write about your character opposed to work. That way there is no debating the ethicality.
