Urinary incontinence - Loss of bladder control
Things you can do to prevent it and make a return to a healthy bladder -
- Khareek (dry dates first thing in morning)
- sprouted and cooked moong and matki.
- 1 tsp of ghee in breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Strength training and kegel exercises.
- Yoga asana (especially Tadasana in #Iyengaryoga method).
