Yeah, it's OP for a trash unit, always performs way better in this test than other units that don't cost gold.

@@AdmiralWololo I’m actually curious why they abandoned other trash units. Axeman line would be great unit for potential Gaul/celtic civs as well as slingers, scouts and bowman. The gap between trash and gold cost unit is so much bigger in stats in aoe1 than in aoe2. Except for chariot, this unit looks dope has op stats and gets even better with scythe chariot. In original aoe1 cavalry unit were actually meant to be an upgrade for scouts instead devs made new unit line. It’s a shame because they made chariot unit a trash unit when this role should belong to the scout line.
