Ambition, honesty and drive are the lie that allows people to believe they can be funny on stage. It's courageous to fight for a noble cause. It doesn't give you a red carpet to be a comedian. Driving hard with ambition at 500 miles an hour doesn't make you funny. That's not how funny works. It's how fraternities work.
