My B1/B2 visa was approved in like 30 secs and received the visa in 2 days. I’m an international student and my interview was in Halifax, NS, Canada. The thing is I had so many documents with me just in case, however I feel like when you are prepared they won’t check, when you are not prepared they will ask for those documents. Always be on the safe side, always be honest and most importantly just pray that the consular officer slept good.

@@kushaldeepkaurgill That day I had my Ds-160, Passport + Canadian Drivers license (or learners permit) because I had to fly back to another province, a copy of my study permit, my bank statements, something about your job(payrolls, contract etc), enrolment letter from the school and that’s it.

Thank you so much for this video. I am a US citizen and my partner needed a B2 for travel in the US when we visit family. We followed your tips to the letter, prepared every documents and role played questions. She arrived to the interview ready. One question was 'why not just use the ESTA?'. Don't recall that from your videos but we had thought of it, so had the answer ready. Interview was 9 minutes, and visa granted. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for your videos. They are quite informative. I am a green card holder, and my husband is abroad working for a foreign oil company with a contract showing he has to work for that company for 5 years. If he applies for a tourist visa to visit me in the US, would he get denied since I live here? Couple years ago he was in the US with a student visa and went back to his country since he had a contract with his company. He never had any issues on student visa. Please let me know your thoughts. Hi Graylaw tv, Im a regular follower of ur program on RU-vid. I need to apply for a US visa for my parents from Pakistan. My younger brother is in the US and a US passport holder as he was born there but we had to come back as a family. Now it's been over a year and my parents want to visit him and I came across a question while filing the DS-160 Form which says that has one filed an immigration petition on your behalf. So yes they have but that was a long time ago about 18 years ago when we were in the states but had to come back due to family disputes and the petition was filed but we had been granted leave on a humanitarian and emergent reason. So what do we explain in this part of the process?
