If you are a working professional and planning for a tourist visa Please get the planned leave documents say if you applied the planned leave on your employer portal take the print out Also get the letter from your current employer about your job Those are just additional docs which may give confidence to the officer about your visit
Am planning to bring my sister in tourist visa and currently she is not employed and also she doesn't have any property or business in her name in India. For sponsoring my mom and dad should I need to keep 10K$ in my savings account to get the account statement? or is it ok to show the Etrade / Robinhood shares investment statement which is even more than amount mentioned. I understand that we need to keep some $5K amount per head for support. But is it ok to keep some money (less than 10K$) and more in shares etc.. Kindly clarify if you have any understanding.
Hi bro Just my thoughts More than amount in the account they will check the pay check and see whether the sponsor getting the salary regularly or not But keeping the amount on the bank account is the additional supporting document too, if you think you dont have a sufficient amount just add the stocks statement too

Brother I-134 form from uscis says expires on 2/28/2021. Are they having updated doc or is it not required anymore ? Some of my friends doesn’t seem to have filled this form when inviting their parents. Appreciate your thoughts on this.
I-134 is required only if they are going for medical treatment. B1/B2 will be provided based on the applicants intent and supporting documents. I-134 will not make influence on the issuance of visa. In fact it may harm by creating impression that applicant is financially depending on Sponsor in US and jeopardize the visa in the interest of public charge

However, they are asking for receipt number for each person (Mother & Father). How should i got ahead with this? I am guessing we need 2 different CGI number for 2 receipt number right ? or since they are attending together they get only 1 CGI number and i need to enter the same receipt number twice by paying 320$ as a whole ?

Hi Prem and Arthi. Thank you for the video. Here is my question - My parents have got their B2 visa interview appointment in Feb2023. I'm a H1B visa holder and I'm planning to sponsor their trip. My H1B visa got expired in Oct 2022 and I would have got my H1-B extension (renewed I-797A) approved by Feb2023. Unfortunately due to the long wait queue I got my H1-B drop-box scheduled for May2023. Is it okay if my parents attend their B2 visa interview with my renewed I-797A copy along with the expired H1-B visa copy or whether a valid H1-B visa copy compulsory? They got their interview scheduled in July2022, by then the challenges with my visa stamping/ status was not foreseen. If they had to reschedule their interview, it would take minimum 3 years for the next appointment. Any guidance would be helpful.
