Yeah, lmk how it goes! You can also reattach them and use this method to strengthen the point of reattachment. Hope this helps!

Have you maintained your roots using the crochet needles? I thought I was going to do that but poked my fingers up so bad I never tried again 😂

I haven’t maintained them using the crochet method alone, but I DO sometimes use it after I interlock my roots on certain locs that I feel can use it (usually the locs at the top of my head where my texture is a little looser and the hairs don’t usually stay within the locs). Other than that I only use the crochet needle for any repairs if any. And as for the poking up your fingers? Lol, trust me I’ve gone through it all too many times🫠 But I don’t poke myself hardly ever anymore…just comes with practice🙂.
