keep your lead foot pointing at the opponent, and keep your rear foot hidden behind your lead foot. Keep your opponent behind your Rifle,,, your Jab. When you throw the Jab, flick it out with your hip. Moves with your hip,s and not your shoulders.
Hey Marvin love your videos especially this one but wanted to ask how do you teach such a intermediate technique and then go all the way back to holding your hands correctly?😆 if you didn't go back to that you would have gave me something I need to work on but thank you .I'm sure it helped somebody$ not serious Fighters!!!
Step and pivot when taking an angle...... If you dont step, you may be too close to your opponent when angleing and be in a bad spot.... so step first.
Sidanii Bell After some research I found a more recent video of him on Facebook. It said he trains students at CSW (combat submission wrestling) in Fullerton, California
Man watching your videos have really helped me study my own flaws when I’m out of the gym. A majority of my training is jujitsu and Muay Thai and these videos help simplify some basic movements I sometimes lose track of when competing under pressure! Thanks man!
Excellent instruction i am moving around a lot/ using footwork and angels now when i punch the heavy bag at boxing class. Working on cutting angles when I throw the hook and things like that. I feel much more efficient now that I’m moving while i punch.
