Hey you have listed something for forcing R to run without warning and so it doesn't display the message that biomart was not built for this version of R? Can you please type that one?

If you want to hide the message, try suppressMessages(). suppressMessages(library(biomaRt)) NOTE: you won't get confirmation that it has loaded so I don't use it in my class.

I've done everything in this video and searched every resource i know. I'm not ne to coding, but this is by far the most frustrating language to use. Way too many bugs and not enough resources. Does anyone know how to bypass this " Error in xtfrm.data.frame() : cannot xtfrm data frames"? I'm lost here
