Great imformative conversation, I am currently training with you and these sessions on You tube keep me topped up and motivated, one of my biggest fears when I started training with the TCA was slipping back into therapy mode, having sessions adapting therapy tools to use (where appropriate) alongside coaching is really useful to me.
