This video from heliquiz.com explains exactly how to use the CRP1 flight navigation computer to calculate a heading and ground speed given only TAS (true air speed), wind strength and direction, and track (aka course).
Nice video, I'm only a sim flyer but want to do ded-reckoning planning for fun, i have the CRP-1 etc but not quite grasping how you went from the "stop here' point to get to the 104 degrees result. I'll do some more research :)
