💖 .....waiting to see if that blue patch is some affected arm aide, but you're not referencing it 😂 Is that a random fashion element? Is there another random blue patch on the back? Or is it a reminder device, like tying a piece of string to the finger?
That pec activation is awesome! I've been losing weight in the pool using ankle & good hand hydro-resistance gear (30+ pounds so far) & can very much see the lopsided growth/atrophy from good side to the bad. It's really nice having something that lets me at least feel the muscle :D
@@MusongKim Maybe? My walking has improved but ankle->toe & wrist->finger control in my affected side has been too minimal to rate since the stroke. I use silver sneakers to find a gym with a pool & pay for the dues. The gear I use in the pool is from aquastrength ankle things & "dumbell". At first I started with the smaller low resistance ones but really all I needed was time to build up some endurance. After a year or two I had worked my way up to 60-90 min walking back & forth 2-3x/week. I recommend getting some surfing shoes with it so the pool floor doesn't tear up your feet. It looks pretty heavy duty, but the resistance it gives is based on how fast you are trying to move so you can't really overdo it like with weights or whatever.
