Mr. Lopate. I remember the name, but can't place the face. Yes, no one there that day will ever forget. I can even tell you the day -- 5 October, 1980.
We were stationed in Yokosuka, Japan that time. My husband Master Chief Hospital Corpsman Wood was on Uss Blue Ridge during that time. He was in charge of the USS Blue Ridge Dispensary
