I can’t wait for a healthy Cat Macario to return. She’s world class in everything she does and adds a different element to the team. She takes them to a different level.
Hey David, I was commenting on the same thing. Regarding Nigeria, they have been successful in the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations and qualified for next year's World Cup. Against the USA last week Nigeria played without 5 or 6 of their best players. I guess the USA plays teams lower ranked because it's hard to get Euro teams to travel here consistently with their country's tournaments going on. - Bob
@@SupeRey49 Those aren't the only possibilities. Anything is possible in any given game. It could just as easily be something like 1-1 with neither team playing to the best of their capabilities. Given that was the score when England played Canada in England this year and the US recently had a 1-0 win against Canada I think the odds of an outcome like that are pretty reasonable.
I mean Canada just went to Australia and beat them twice so those 2 CONCACAF teams are pretty good. More than they’re given credit despite winning Word Cup and Olympics.
Hello Mario, as a boy we lived in Huntingdon and Hartford and watched the World Cup in 1966 when Portugal lost to England. After watching the Women's team defeat Nigeria last Saturday, how do feel the result was racist? Thanks, Mario. - Bob
