8/28/2022 near American Fork marina. A total of 70 fish from ~8am-1pm. Passed my 1000 carp goal today. It was surprising to see so many fish still out so late in the year. Last year on the same day I only got 4. There were a lot of bugs in the air and on the water, which seems to be what's bringing them to the surface.
There was quite a bit of algae in the water, and my hands felt sunburnt the next day despite being in gloves all day, so be careful when the HABs are out.
