Making sugar cookie dough today, then tomorrow will bake and decorate. I wasn't sure how I was going to decorate them so this is inspiring. I love the icing you're using. I used it for Christmas cookies. The 1st time I made it, it was a little thin but the 2nd time I added more sugar and it was perfect. Love this short!

Make an icing with browned butter is so damn good. Perfect on chocolate muffins or berry muffins. 50 grams of unsalted butter About 1½ cup of powder sugar About 2 - 4 tablespoons of water If you have never browned butter before well let me explain it. Put it in a saucepan and turn the heat to high and then stir constantly until it starts to get a little brown at the edge. Immediately pour into the bowl you are going to use and let it cool a bit. put the sugar and water in the bowl and mix. You WELCOME.

Is just powder sugar with a little bit (very little bit) of milk until you get the consistency you want. Then add colors as you see fit, or not.
