Here it is the final part of my Valkyria Chronicles playthrough. I want to thank everyone that watched my videos. I hope you guys had as much fun watching as I did playing.
As for what is next, I'm not exactly sure. I think in the short term I am going to focus on my Soul Calibur 4 play, to try and improve for the next tournament coming up.
I know for sure I will blind playthrough Final Fantasy 13 when that is released, but I am not sure if there's anything else coming out in the near future I'd be interested in.
Anyway thank you everyone again, and enjoy!

I got this game within the first week when it was released in '08. To this day, this game remains a precious jewel within the mountain of games I have. From the strategic gameplay, outstanding musical scores, colorful characters and EPIC storyline, not to mention all the extra stuff you can do in the game, You will not get something like this EVER again. I'm glad I picked up my copy when I did! Original, and unique! One of a kind. Major Kudos to the director, developers and composers!!!!!!!

Nicely ended. Showing how the characters lives continue after the war with "Isaras Song" as instrumental, very nice. I'm really into a good story and I like to feel like I'm getting to know the characters as the story progresses. This ending made me smile from the heart, especially when it focuses on the photo of the squad with Isara.

I just finished the game a few minutes ago and can't believe it's over. I never been moved by a game until I played this one. I became so attached to each character and especially through, the whole ordeal with Isara, which had me in tears. The ending is just one that was beautifully done and has you reflect on the journey experienced with these wonderful characters. Wow, such an emotional game ='(. Thanks for all the videos!

I just finished this game about half an hour ago, and I had to share with someone how much I loved this game, this is the second time a finish a game that leaves me feeling good since I bought my PS3 (1st was MGS4 ;), This game is awesome, it was worth ecery penny, definitely among the best games I`ve ever played, it was so good in every songle aspect :)

As happy as an ending it was it saddens me that this is the end. I literally have sat in my chair over 16-hours watching from start to finish. I must say this is a very amazing game, It looks like anime and I love watching anime. The story is just wow words cant describe really how well done this is I admit I even felt like I was tearing up at some parts. but especially at the end, it was a happy ending but yet, its the end what do I do now? deep story.....rpg..like.....so epic...so many chills

Thank you very much for making this playthrough. This was an awesome game and the ending was Epic. I would expect no less from Sega. I've watched all the chapters and I will really look forward to watching your Final Fantasy 13 playthrough. Thank you. 11/5 stars.

the epilogue with Welkin and Alicia, especially the music.. its perfect. very touching. Valkyria Chronicles is really good game with good story and unique gameplay. i just wish SEGA would come up with the sequel.

I only got to play the demo. I've always wanted to get my hands on the game though. I got caught up in these videos and now I just finished all of them... Not different from watching a good movie or anime... Even though I've just seen everything. I'm still getting it. Hahahaha Thx for Sharing EmoPrinny!!!!!!!!!! Such a great story, really satisfying ending too. Kinda chokes you up a bit hahaha.

I had tears in my eyes (mostly tears of happiness) for pretty much the entire ending, but seeing the picture Alicia had of the squad sent them over the edge =') I also wonder if Alicia ever made that bread with the ponisera nectar... ;)

It's one of the most fresh endings ever in a videogame. It actually dares to let the protagonist and his lady be together AND have a baby at the end. To boot to that they did it with class in presenting it all... it didn't feel forced either. Other RPG developers need to take a LOT of notes, because this is how you do it right.

I started crying... after seeing "ISARA" *the plane* come swooping down from the heavens on a pair of wings... and save her big brother and carrying him and Alicia back home... She truely was watching out for her brother from above and got to fly with her brother as she promised :*( I don't care who was flying the plane... It could have only been Isaras spirit guiding it at such perfect timing and luck to catch and save the two of them :*(

Regardless of the banal comments about little Isara (I still think she's adoreable like her mum) this is still one of the best games I've ever played in my life. This ending gives you a real satisfaction about completing the whole Gallian saga and remembering those fallen like the Darcsan refugees and Isara herself. The game isn't afraid to pull any punches with issues of racism and heritage (Welks and his dad) and I for one enjoy being hit by realism in a story. Thanks Emoprinny for posting it!

I think they can tell the story of Welkin's dad and WWI in the sequel(or more precisely, prequel). I really want to know more about how things like he became the legendary hero, Welkin's mom, or that mysterious old man in the graveyard(probably General Gunther's old partner.)

I see a lot of comments asking who Irene Koller was, so for anyone who missed it back before Squad 7 chased after the Marmota, it is Ms. Ellet, who's full name was Irene Ellet. She says back in that chapter that she was soon to be married and would be "Irene Koller". Just for anyone who missed it. I wonder how the anime will handle the ending, I can't wait to find out. ^^~

For other fans of the series: It's currently being made into an anime. I normally rather loathe anime, but I'll be buying this one, you'd better believe it! Probably not coming to the states anytime soon, but I'll be waiting for when it does.

Easily one of the best video games ever made. I'm a little sad and disappointed that Rosie and Zaka didnt' get together, I really thought that was in the cards. They would have made a great couple, and after what happened to Isara I figured Rosie's heart would've melted enough to let him in. Oh well, at least Largo and Ell got together

Wikipedia says in upcoming downloading content that you can unlock Selvaria and play on the Empire's side. It's a gamble though if it'll be release outside of Japan though

Started this game about a week and a half ago and just finished.... So happy i made the right choice of choosing Valkryia Chronicles as my first SRPG. The ending couldnt haven been any better. Oh yeah, and Alicia is frikin hot. Just putting it out there

but that part where Welkin show that baby in the beginning where it was born was hilarious, "Look at that ruined town, that's where you were born, that's your hometown burnt to ashes." The anime went about that differently. I like the game ending better than the anime ending, I also had a hunch that Welkin would use Isara's name for his baby daughter.

Finally saw the ending of Valkyria Chronicles... It's really nice! By the way, so that part with Welkin and Alicia with their daughter... their time their is far ahead than Valkyria Chronicles 2? Because in VC2, Alicia is still yet to have a child.

this is the best RPG of this generation. this generation doesnt have too many RPGs (Fallout isnt an RPG in the traditional sense). there should be more games like this one.

Irene Koller = Ms. Ellet = same voice as Elika from Prince of Persia. I think I'm more satisfied with this ending than I was with MGS4's. The PSP sequel is the one PSP game I've looked forward too since the handheld was released.

@Alexisonfiresx I heard that the edelweiss was left at me militia to study and keep the tank as an artifact so the tank retired so more tanks along the same guide lines

Though, the anime's ending played a lot more different to the game, But it's ok. **SPOILER TO ANIME**, In part one of the ending uploaded by the uploader, Faldio never betrayed and never actually destroyed the transmitters; In fact, Alicia hugged Max and overloaded his weapons and then Alicia was about to explode to death but that was later averted. Also, Faldio wasn't the one to go in with Max. Max was the only one to suicide himself. He also did it intentionally without any help.

Just bought the game (FINALLY!!!!) and got to Isara's.... yeah, that. This ending makes up for a lot of things, that being one of them.

not only that but the game didn't let you continue which i thought they should have gave us at least a heads up. in all i think after beating F3 it felt like completing half a game

I agree. I was hoping the ending of Fallout 3 would tell you the result of your actions. But all it does was remind you of some of the things you have done.

Welkin is like a Mr. Perfect/Nice guy. I dont really like those protagonists that much but the story is pretty good. The beautiful music plays a hugh part.

The anime completely changed Welkin's character around, as well as changed events with Faldio, Welkin, Rosie/Largo and Isara's interaction, etc. Faldio was never suppose to be part of some love triangle and there's a bunch of other stuff I could spoil but won't. The anime is a mess with only 9 episodes to go...

So happy..... agh... I wish there was some kind of indication of another war so that we can get a sequel. Perhaps the Atlantic Federation makes a move instead?
