Yeah I a fast paced game I wouldn't recommend staying still. They will probably get headshot, frozen, hacked, pinned, knocked of the map and slept ine 0.00000002 seconds

I am a valorant player and i agree valorant players have good aim. I would anyone above Plat 3 has good aim. Valorant is all about precision and accuracy. While overwatch tests your tracking abilities.

Valorant and Overwatch are 2 completely different games, feel like a lot of the gamesense and theory doesnt translate as well, So many times I've been oppressed by a hitscan dps, switch heroes and they get confused and throw
Bruh valorant is literally a tact fps, if anything it’s the exact opposite in which Val requires more thinking and strategy while ow2 requires better mechanics
Just because riot calls it a tactical FPS dont mean it takes more brain than a game not called tactical FPS. In valorant you die in 1 hit. That makes aim way more important. In overwatch, time to kill is literally infinitely longer than time to kill in valorant, and abilities do more damage than in valorant. Additionally, you can be good at heroes in overwatch that doesn't need too much aim like a Moira, Winston, Reinhardt etc among others. So overwatch is much less reliant on aim than valorant, making it more dependent on your brain

What are val players gonna do? Play hitscan as I play Dead By Daylight with my doomfist? 💀 Val's aim and Overwatch's aim are VERY different Holding corners and shooting stationary targets while standing still is very different from AD strafing WHILE hitting slow projectile rounds at fast moving objects in open spaces
Valorant plays completely differently compared to overwatch. Most overwatch 1 players went to play val after the game stopped getting updated so they basically had two years to practise their aim.

Does overwatch and valorant even carryover when it comes to skill. You could argue that positioning is way more important in ow than having perfect aim, while in valorant it’s almost all about aiming and gunplay with a bit of abilities

they are literally not i climbed to plat 3 dps in a weekend in ow2 that means that i’m like immortal in val which blatantly isn’t true considering i placed bronze 3 or something. not to mention i will likely keep climbing as i have a 70 something winrate valorant players are getting their teeth kicked in by ow vets fs
i disagree with getting gold i easier in valorant i think its the other way around because of how the ranking system works since valo starts with iron and ow starts with bronze
Tbh I’d say valorant is harder so it does make sense, ow is much more forgiving as a class shooter. Hard stuck silver argument doesn’t really stick as I’m already in gold after 1 rank readjustment.
