As a support player I almost always give it up to a core if they’re nearby. Lowest exp will always benefit so it helps to push your core to a quicker lv 20 timing. Just my 2 cents tho

Slow facet is better, when you get hit on enemy from creep enemy player is slowed so mucu they cant move away from bring hit 2 more times of that creep, you just dominate every lane very easy
