Silas was an Immortal not a vampire, there's a different. Sure the cure worked but it was immortality in general. Further more, vampires have always been undead since the 'very first' stories, but immortals here r still alive. But if he professionally deservers a spot here cause of similarities, I will not argue at all. Just for a side note, the sirens here being the devil's messengers is totally different from the common bird women, mermaids, and/or beautiful humanlike women. Their siren song is telepathic mind control in the form of a song and not actual hypnotic singing is also different.

Mikael was just an original like his children, but he just had the most the most resilience and was the better fighter. He was a warrior before he turned, let's not forget everything is heightened. Silas wasn't really a Vampire, he just was an immortal who drank blood to survive. If we take him off and add in a few more, the list might look a little closer to this: 1. Lucien Castle 2. Marcel Gerard 3. Alaric Saltzman 4. Klaus 5. Mikael 3, 4 and 5 are pretty much interchangeable in the my opinion. Hope could be on here but I find her whole power a joke.

The reason Marcel’s venom is incurable is because it is collected and combined from all 7 or 9 original werewolf packs. While Klaus belongs to only one werewolf pack.

Mikael was not an ''upgraded original vampire''. Silas wasn't a vampire at all, he was the first immortal and he was a witch before becoming immortal and losing his witch powers; he became a witch again after taking the cure.

Legacies is only really good Character is Hope (who is of course from the Originals) though the twins (also introduced in Vampire Diaries along with Alaric) are pretty good. Some of the side characters don't suck, but you are absolutely right that the characters are not as good.

Good list except I would have tied Marcel and Lucien for the top spot. Lucien might also be a tid bit stronger than Marcel due to age and also the support from the ancestors than nullified any magic used against him.

I think putting Silas in here is completely fine! I always read it as Silas just basically being a Nazi about vampirism. Like Vampire Supremecy lol. Basically he thought that the vampires we saw in TVD, were weaker versions of what he is, and he's disgusted by it. Genuinely feel like that's what the show was going for, but people didn't realize it.

Okay while the reasons for this list are provided I'm going to have to disagree with some of things said here, It's going to sound a bit nitpicky but hear me out 1. Mikeal is not an upgraded original, he is just a regular original like his children, the reason he is stronger then the rest is because vampirism highlights all of your human traits and since Mikeal was a viking warrior and older then his children he is stronger 2. Silas is not a vampire, he was a witch who became an immortal psychic, while he needs human blood to function he is not a vampire since he is not weak to vervain, or the sun 3. While Marcel is an upgraded original since your list includes dead vamps - Lucian Castle and the enhanced alaric should be on this list Finally my list would begin as such 1. Lucian Castle 2. Marcel Gérard 3. Alaric saltzman (enhanced original) 4. Mikeal 5. Klaus And the rest of the originals come in 6th

Some would argue that marcel is more powerfull than hope but I don’t think that is the case first of all marvel’s venom won’t kill hope as the reason it can kill originals is that it is laced with white oak and hope is not vulnerable to white oak and secondly she has the advance strength of hybrid werewolves and she is descended from one of the most powerful witch bloodlines she has already shown potential magic that has never been seen before I am ofcourse talking about the dagger she made from her blood to kill malivore and how she turned that clown monsters venom into darts in the latest episode who’s to say she can’t make something to kill marcel. Now mikael is not a super vampire he is just strong cause he is the first vampire and he was a Viking warrior his strength was enhanced he had more experience fighting than any of his children and still klaus is more powerful as he is the original hybrid. Alaric easily overpowered klaus but I don’t think he would have been able to take on marcel.

While I agree with most of the vampires on the list (Silas is questionable though) I don’t agree with the order. These lists are always highly controversial and it comes down to how one defines power, or how they choose to see it. I will always rank Klaus as the most powerful vampire in the entire TVDU. I do this for a multitude of reasons, but mainly because of his reputation which gives him a lot of power, unlike others on this list. If you look at it from a physical power sense, then of course you’d put Marcel as number one, but if you look at it as a whole, Klaus will always be my pick. At the end of the day, this is how you perceive the power of the TVDU vampires and that’s completely fine, I’m not going to say you’re wrong or verbally abuse you for your opinion 😅 This is a great video and you put out great content for the TVDU. Keep it up 👍

i can make a tier list but before that let me say something: werewolf bite working to kill vampires wasn't really ever explained... the werewolf bite is also a supernatural power but has no other purpose b4 the existence of vampires... what... so it's just a normal poison? works with humans too? never was shown cuz they don't let humans survive to begin with. now with my personal tier list: 1. Lucien, is a thousand years old and is a upgraded original vampire, so he is absolutely stronger than marcel. 2. Marcel, i could say a lot of things but he really doesn't deserve this spot. 3. Silas, although he said he isn't a vampire, blood is the source to keep them immortal so he is a vampire, although with magic psychic(all powers all normal vampires had in the books also a power that damon had on the pilot episode) 4. Amara also a Imortal like Silas was never shown he skills or what she got by being a Anchor. 5. Alaric, he was immortal like silas(although life was linked to Helena), had less power but his body was well trained and after turning he got his power upgraded. 6. Mikael, was a original vampire, had weakness to white oak stake like all originals, but he was a warrior prior to his turning into a vampire and so he got more powerful than all others. 7. Niklaus, a hybrid original vampire, although he could had all originals vampire weakness he had his abilities upgraded by also being a werewolf. 8? Hope, a tripid, didn't watch much of legacies and there was this bullshit like "the first generation of mikaelson witch gets stronger by emotion and emotion are upgraded by being a vampire but is upgraded again by also being a werewolf", never was shown such power, and as a witch she's weaker than Bonnie who is truly the strongest being in the TVDU, is weaker than Niklaus as a hybrid and has all common vampire weakness(it is if legacies didn't forgot the fact that she is just a normal vampire and not a original or something, so killing her isn't as hard as it should be). 9. Elijah, the fastest original vampire, although he wasn't the strongest he was the fastest and has all weakness a original has. 10, 11, 12, 13. Original family.

My personal gripe is a 200yr old Vampire is weaker than a baby Hybrid So naturally by lore a Hybrid like Klaus should be much stronger than Mikeal. Although I get Mikeal being a close match because of his fighting experience and insane pain resistance. Edit : I'd like to add the Original family just had a mental nerf due to their past with Mikeal

I think Silas should not be on this list because he is just too different to what we all know a vampire to be even with him needing blood to survive. You should make a Top 10 Most Powerful Characters in the TVD universe so that we can also see characters like Dahlia, Davina, Bonnie, Sibyl, Inadu etc who fit much more closely to someone like Silas and would be more understandable to compare

Klaus bite kills regular vamps not the originals. The get the hallucinations but in time they heal. They can heal faster if Klaus gives his blood like he did in the originals after there fight!

Why was Marcel on there but not Alaric and Lucien? Lucien was older and stronger than Marcel. He was only defeated by drawing on Davina’s power and sacrificing her.

I gave up on the last season of TVD. Show was great for first 3 seasons, but then step by step kept getting worse. Constant resurections, too much drama, less and less interesting villians and lore expanding in not so captivating way, all of that destroyed that show for me. But I will always remember fondly those awesome beginnings

Love the list but one misplacement klaus… klaus was actually on par with mikael after his revival and surpassed mikael years later that’s literally the ONLY thing wrong and the fact you said powerful instead strongest was hilarious because their is more room to example why one character is above another in more that brute strength

I think this list is of personal opinion. Now my list is different. I’d have mine this way: 1.) marcel - as he like Lucien would later become the beast and he would be able to even kill Klaus with one bite. And not to mention I just enjoy the guy. 2.) Klaus - I mean come on guys. He is powerful and the hybrid one bite from him and it’s game over for anyone. Also best character in the TVD universe. 3.Vampire Alaric / Dark Alaric - given the ultimate weapon to kill the originals. He’s as fast and as strong as the originals even able to some what hold his own with Klaus. 4.) Aurora De Martel - not only is she highly clever. Tricking Klaus and Hope many times, might I add but also being able to hold her own against most of the originals gives her a spot on my list. 5.) The strix- the community of vampires sired by Elijah himself, all of them powerful and strong. They aren’t easily messed with and are formidable to come up against. That is my list not including characters from legacies such as Hope as that show wasn’t included in this video. If it was then the only change would be Hope would be first and the strix would be removed from this list.
