Welcome to our weekly vlog. This week we make the mammoth drive from our home in Scotland all the way to France as we embark on our first ever European road trip. But first we had a few things to fix on the van.
After spending around 9 month experiencing van life in Scotland, we began to notice issues inside and out on our home on wheels. While Roksana was away in Poland for a week, Calum begins working on his to do list.
TO DO LIST - Paint socials on the van
Sort out water system
Put catches on wardrobes
Paint inside the van
Look at security
Make the van EU ready
Get breakdown cover
Buy and fit new tires
Fix alternator
Fix lights
Clean the van
Paint the outside of the van
Fix the infamous wobble
Get the tracking done
HAVE FUN
And a bunch of other stuff....
Once we had completed our list it was time for us to hit the road as we had a deadline. Our first destination on our European road trip is Austria, where we aim to surprise my Mum and Dad for their big birthdays. In this video you follow us, as we journey through Scotland then into England before going through security in Dover. However in this weeks video we make it as far as France.
