Big Fig 07 - Hey Dave - Couldn't get myself to drop $80 on BCT Monsters so I followed your lead and cut my stock V&H BR 2-2 baffles down and also left about 2 rows open. Brother what a sound difference! Louder, deeper with no noticeable loss of power at all and very nominal decel pop! Did mine with a new hack-saw and some muscle power in about 1-hr...best of all I got the sound I want...and it didn't cost me one dime! Thanks Bro!
I just bought a 2014 Breakout that came with the Big Radius already on it. I love the look, but I'm disappointed with the sound. I've been looking real hard at the Big City Thunder baffles. But maybe I'll just cut down the factory baffles and save myself $100
My wife just bought a rocker c with these and i am disappointed in the sound, but just curious who have do this and did you have any issues on the 96 fuel injection,? Thank you. Yes i know its an older video
I ripped out vance and hines baffles and installed big city thunder monster baffles yesterday. Sounds a lot better. Those of you that want to rip out factory baffles the top is a bitch get a piece of metal bend the end shove it in hook on to it and pound the pipe with a rubber mallet. If anyone decides they want to install BCT monsters hit me up I'll help.
Hey man, appreciate the video. I totally agree... I was a bit disappointed with the overall sound of the big radius. Would you still suggest this cut in half? Is this still a setup you run?
