Fun fact about the Tofino Forest walk: there are parts of that trail system that take you into an ecosphere found only there, nowhere else in the world will you find the moss, lichens, foliage, etc.that are present there. Parts of it are like being on another planet. Vancouver traffic….ungh! That is why lane filtering should be legal here in BC.
@ Critter_moto Lane filtering in all of Canada should be legal. My summer trip getting off the Victoria Ferry and trying to get up to Highway 3 this summer saw me getting on the left or right paved shoulders after Surrey BC and driving at 60 kmph for over an HOUR in hight 30C to low 40C in a parking lot of cars and trucks. OVER ONE FRIGGIN HOUR! I didn't care that it was illegal, I was not going to stay in that.
Another great video and almost no Subway. Tofino is only for Millionaire want to be hippies, nice to see, but the prices are ridiculous. If you are on the South end of Vancouver Island try Gardenside Acres Camp grounds near Butchart Gardens. $40 CDN/night, hot showers, flushing toilets, coffee and tea in the morning, and an optional available hot or cold breakfast delivered to your tent. And deer visit you sometimes you at dusk.
