Traditional kadubu recipe by using urad dal and semolina. This is a festival time kadubu. tmThe batter is as simple as Idli batter recipe. The special thing is bowl is prepared by using jack tree leaves. This adds main flavor for the kadubu. Preparation method of jack leap of bowl is shown in the video. And a chutney recipe also shown with it.
For kadubu-
Urad dal- 1.5 cups
semolina- 3 cups
For chutney recipe-
Grated coconut- Half
urad dal- 2 tsp.
