Turmeric powder - 1/2tap

Garam masala - 1/2tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Hot Water - 1 1/2C
Coconut paste
Coconut - 3/4 C
Shallots - 5
Oil - 1tsp
Fennel seeds - 1tsp
Curry leaves - few
Kashmiri chili powder - 1/2tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2tsp
Salt - 3/4tsp
Mustard tempering
Coconut oil - 1tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 4-5
Dry chili - 2
