I worked at McDonald's when I was in high school. After seeing and hearing about some of the stuff my coworkers did, I'm honestly surprised that there aren't MORE instances of food poisoning.
For several years I lived in Central America where a marinated raw seafood restaurant dish called ceviche is common. From a bad one, you know you have food poisoning before you leave the table.
Really, any fast food is subject to suspicion. Training isn't great, wages are awful, and there are always plenty of immature employees, not to mention the one that might be mad at you, or the world. That said, I like me some survival rations now and then - mostly Taco Hell. But once in a while... the coin lands on tails.
@@russbell6418 yeah Burger King in McDonald's and places like that our jobs that children qualify to work at. These are not careers and skills gathered for trade. Pretty soon those adults that are working at Children's stores will have a thorough background. There's something wrong with adults working at those places
Went to dinner in San Francisco (50 miles from home) had a great dinner at Fisherman's Warf. Two hours after getting home, I was so sick to my stomach. I started throwing up until my stomach was empty then started having dry heaves. I have never before or since been so sick. Have you ever been so sick, that you thought you were going to die then later on you were afraid you wouldn't?
Wow, didn't know that about the comment feed since i rarely post to youtube. i have refrained from posting comments to old videos solely due to thinking the poster it was for wouldn't see it.
I had consumed this nationally known brand of cooked soup, straight from the can, for many years, without any negative reaction. One day, in which I sensed no illness, I opened a clean, sound appearing can of this soup, with a clean can opener, after the can top had been rinsed with hot water, as I had always done. Immediately after consuming 3 large clean soup spoons full of one of their cooked soups, my stomach suddenly churned in distress, and I violently vomited that which I had just consumed. My family doctor diagnosed my adverse reaction as, food poisoning. I have never again consumed that branded food product.
Hello Steve, Please consider finding a place on your current set for the deuce-and-a-half. I recall many years ago getting very sick after eating a burger at (not McD). It happens. Now, I take what you say as your informed opinion. I might not agree with you (rare), but calling you a liar is beyond the pale. Blocking people that call you a liar is only right. Your integrity is your stock in trade.

Regarding the contract of the car buyer prohibiting them from selling the car.... (Sorry my mind does mixing and matching). What if the police see the person drive the car off the car lot and pull the driver over? They say, "We believe that the purchase of this car is the result of criminal activity and we are taking the keys and the car. You can try to sue to get it returned." The police, drive off with the brand new car, turn in over to the Feds and the Feds then put the car up for sale under their Asset Forfeiture logic. Is the seller in violation of the contract against reselling the vehicle at that point? Obviously the police wouldn't be in violation since they didn't sign the contract, and they would have "qualified immunity". Will the court absolve the original purchaser since the sale was out of their control and thus they didn't personally violate the contract? Again, sorry, but my mind tends to mix and match concepts.
I've had a couple instances of food poisoning this year with no idea of what I ate to trigger it. The most memorable, though, was a bout I had while on the road for my employer, 300 miles from home, and getting sick after eating at a Chinese restaurant. It hit within a few hours and was not much fun. That is my 'learned' opinion, anyway.
I don't know you do it, your getting all these crazies. I did a comment on race and bias and the first fifty replies were calling me a liar or that couldn't happen. I've had over 300 likes and replies defending my actions. But for you to go thru this all the time, I tip my hat to you.
Maybe I can help with the food poisoning ......I am in the medical field and the term "food poisoning' is kind of a garbage can diagnosis.. by that I mean every other person that comes to the ER with a multitude of symptoms says "hey Doc , I think I got food poisoning". Often people will blame whatever symptoms they are having on the last thing they ate.. Example, guy comes in with epigastric pain claiming "food poisoning"......" I ate Taco Bell" turns out he's having a heart attack .... I am NOT saying that you didn't have food poisoning im just trying to explain why people might be judgmental..... One of my favorites was a guy who came in after eating an entire chocolate cake "BIG" guy HUGE actually, admitted to hospital for gallbladder and later diagnosed with aortic aneurysm and he coded / died on the floor, turns out the cake had nothing to do with his symptoms..... anyway I love your channel..... Just because the word cheating is in the law it doesn't mean that card counting is cheating. By you only addressing the use of the word cheating it sounds as if you say card counting IS cheating which it in fact isn't (they might say that at the casino but not according to the law) Cheating is defined as "manipulating the outcome of the game or the payments made" and you don't manipulate anything by counting existing cards.
Steve just wondering why you get back with scammers and advertising idiots? Is it just for fun? Which I would fully understand... my 92 year old dad used to mess with telephone scammers... to funny.. he was home alone so it was entertaining
