Vauxhall Insignia EPB malfunction - C0561 system disabled invalid data 

I have the same issues on my Astra J, yellow el. park brake light with wrench illuminates all the time and diagnostic tool says: c0561-71 system disabled information stored, also in steering module u0415 dtc is stored and in EBCM module u0074 dtc is stored? Do you know what is problem and how to solve it? Thanks..
