Vauxhall Opel Astra - Zafira - Insignia - EPS (Electronic Power Steering Rack) Programming 2nd hand 

Here we are programming a second hand Vauxhall Opel Astra - Zafira - Insignia - EPS (Electronic Power Steering Rack) by OBD - we would usually do these on the bench but the customer had already removed the original & fitted the donor unit without realising once fitted it will not work! He asked us if we could clone it without having to remove it again, so how we had to do this job was to read the data from the original rack on the bench & program it to the donor unit by OBD thus making the steering work again.
