Very nice. I do the same way with nendrakai also. One tip I follow is after adding salt water, I cover the pan with saucepan lid till the sizzling sound subside. This will help in maintaining the stove top and kitchen floor not getting sticky with oil and salt water mixture.

I love your recipes and the way you are explaining the minute details of each process and the tips that you give.. I have tried many of your recipes and they have come out well. One small suggestion.. Avoid keeping potted plants in the kitchen platform and the floor. It looks odd.. If you feel that the back ground is plain you may keep some jars or decorative wall paintings
Amma neengal sonna method il seithu paarthen. It came out very well. I usually do it, but crispyness does not last for long time. This time was best. Tq ma.forgot to add curry leaves 😛
