This caviar have a great Omega 3 balance! It's healthy plant based dish, that will be very tasty and interesting to taste even for non vegans.
Ingredients:
Chia seeds - 1 cup
Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
Flax seed oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 1/3 cup
Nori sheets (as for sushi) - 4 sheets
Best way to make it:
Make Nori powder in something like coffee grinder and combine everything together.
Let it stay in refrigerator for few hours, every 30 minutes mix it well to be sure no clumps left.
Type of cooking is similar to chia pudding.
It's salty chia pudding, but with sea taste - like black caviar.
