New year new wishes, we believe health and weight management are the target that we set! However, how to control our diet? Why not we just make the food ourselves in healthy way? So that we can control and choose the healthiest ingredients and thus achieve our new goal!

Tofu = 100g
Ginger = 10g
Oats = 15g
Flour = 180g
Corn Flour = 10g + 5g
Bread Crumb = 50g
Salt = 2tsp
Sesame Oil = 4g
Five Spice Powder = adequate amount
Pepper = adequate amount
Mixed Herbs = adequate amount
Paprika Smoked Ground = adequate amount
