I have been making this dough several times a week since I dared do it the first time! I'm so grateful for this! Made bread and that made me feel like a super mom! I made flatbreads several times and they're just delicious. Now watching again, I'm getting ready to make it into a pizza! Very excited

I'm kind of obsessed with this dough! I've made it twice in the past 4 days. The first time, I used 2.5 cups bread flour and 1 cup whole wheat. It was a little sticky so it didn't double after 60 minutes. But, I added some flour and kneaded it, then allowed it to rest another 60 minutes. It doubled in size and I made a few gorditas from your Vegan Cheesy Gordita Crunch Wrap recipe (amaaaazing!) and used the rest for cinnamon rolls. The 2nd time I made it, I used only bread flour (just don't prefer the texture of whole wheat) and made sure that the dough wasn't sticky at all. Immediately after making the dough, I pulled enough off to make a couple of gorditas and a small pizza, placed them in a separate bowl with saran wrap on top and allowed them to double in size. I put saran wrap over the rest and placed it in the fridge. The next day when I wanted more cinnamon rolls, I pulled the dough out of the fridge with the saran wrap still on top and allowed it to rise for about 2 hours. I then rolled out the cinnamon rolls, put them in a pan, placed saran wrap on top and allowed them to rise a 2nd time for about 2 more hours. They cooked in under 15 minutes at 350F and were the BEST cinnamon rolls I've EVER made. The tiniest bit crisp on the outside but fully cooked and pillowy soft and fluffy inside. I am going to regret what I see on the scale after all this yumminess but I seriously can't thank you enough. I've struggled to get a good dough recipe right for years so this is well worth the minimal effort involved.

This dough really does make everything! I just made Mexican conchas (pan de dulce) using the Everything Dough and they turned out wonderfully. My Latino husband devoured them and I’ll def be making them again. You can get the full recipe on the Make It Dairy Free blog and I encourage you all to make it.

Truely an everything dough! While in preparation for the dough, I proved they yeast with a cup of water and a tbsp of sugar and added it to the recipe. When I was stirring the mixture I realized I accidentally added two cups of liquid so I added approximately 3 more cups of flour. After the first prove I had enough to make three doughs at approx 530 grams each. With that I made bread sticks, burger buns, and cinnamon rolls! I really love this super simple recipe.

Hi Shea! - once the dough has risen, we would recommend putting it into a greased loaf pan and baking at 350 degrees F for about 30-40 minutes. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching

Can you elaborate on the comment you make about choosing which sugar and milk to use depending upon your end goal? Are you saying that the sugar and milk will impart flavor other than sweetness? Can you give an example of which ingredients you use based on the end goal just to give context? Thanks so much! I'm so glad to have found this channel. Exactly what I needed as a diary free fella.

Sure. First, welcome and we're so glad you found our channel. So for example if I'm making naan, I don't want to use maple syrup and vanilla flavored oat milk because it would make my naan overly sweet. Instead I'd use regular sugar and a neutral milk or even water in that. But if I'm making cinnamon rolls with the dough, then I could use maple syrup and vanilla milk because it would just add another layer of sweetness. Does that make sense?

Hi that is really helpful! Thank you! Btw what would happen if I let the dough rise in a loaf tin overnight, then transfer it to the oven and bake the next day? I wonder if i could skip the process of "reshaping dough"

Hi, what would the ingredient measurements be in grams? And also what type of yeast is it that is needed to use if I'm wanting to leave it for a few days? Yes you can cut it in half for thin crust. You can either make two or you could cut it in half before the rise and freeze the other half. We don't prebake it at all just thin on the sauce and add the toppings.

Unfortunately at this time we don't have a recommendation. Everything we've tested is dense or doesn't work out for anything reason. We hope to start testing again once quarantine is over.

I would like to make this gluten-free. I checked your site and you stated that you can't recommend a good gluten-free flour for this recipe. Has that changed? Would oat flour work?

Can this dough be used for baking buns with fillings inside of them? If so, how long should I bake them for and at what temp? I don't usually bake, so I have no clue. Thank you!

Yes you totally could! It's hard to tell you exactly without knowing what the filling is but a rough guess, would be 450 degrees F for maybe 7-10 minutes. Watching for doneness

Yes, active dry yeast will work. Just make sure it doubles in size before using
