Thank you so much!! I usually shop at sprouts and Trader Joe’s! I do stock up on water! I really wish I could do an in store grocery haul but unfortunately they don’t let you record in there. Maybe once I have a bigger following I could work something out with a grocery store so they can let me do an in store grocery haul and show exactly what I get in the store!

Hi!! Thank you for reaching out!! Due to the amount of items I bought I spent a little under $250 BUT this video does not reflect the kind of groceries I would purchase for a week or even a month or two. This video was not meant to show what groceries I buy for a week or month, but this video was mainly intended to show different items that are not produce that are whole food plant based and oil free. For me to go through all those groceries it might take me a few months (maybe even close to 6 months) just because my main food is usually fresh produce 😅. From those items what I go through the quickest are the mustards, pico de gallo, oats, nutritional yeast, rice vinegar and the peanut butter powder. The pasta and marinara is something I may make occasionally, the cereal lasts forever lol and it’s mostly for my husband and the rest of those groceries last for a long time in the pantry and or freezer. I do intend to make a video showing what I purchase for a week, how I meal prep and show my staple items so stay tuned for that! I hope my explanation makes sense lol and if it doesn’t please feel free to ask away! I’m always more than happy to help! ❤️
Instacart recently added Sprouts to our local delivery but haven't checked it out yet... but now I will! Wish you could have mentioned pricing because that is a huge issue for us. I LOVE Aldi's prices and do the majority of my shopping there, but seems lately they are out of half of the simple foods I buy. They have a limited selection to begin with, (they don't even carry dried lentils!) but on a miniscule food allowance I make due because I use so few products . Still, it would be nice to have another delivery option. I also love to shop at ethnic markets for great prices and varied options, try new things! I go online to learn how to use them and "travel" the world via cuisines. My poverty vacations, LOL. Love your channel!

I don’t have an Aldi in my area so I wouldn’t know their pricing ☹️. I can say that the price of the produce at sprouts is fair in comparison to the other grocery stores in my area! Yes!!! Thanks for sharing! Everything looks amazing and is making me hungry 😋 I miss shopping at Sprouts, especially the bulk aisle when I lived in California. Waiting for my Aldi order all day (6 hours late). Sprouts is not delivering to my zip code yet. 😩
