I just gotta say..i recently purchased a program from a a couple of the starch solution girls and ive got way more out of your videos than the program I totally regret purchasing..thank you!
I cant believe you can eat all of this! Your recipes look so easy too🙂 , have about 30 lbs to lose and am going to try this. Hope to succeed like you did. You are a great example. Thanks for sharing and making these recipes available to us. So glad I spotted your you tube chanel
Yes!! Thank you so much!! Try it out!! Just stick to it, be patient and you will be there before you know it!!! And of course! I feel really passionate about this lifestyle and I am more than happy to share this with anyone who cares to listen! Lol! Thank you for your kind words and I’m so glad you are enjoying my channel ❤️
I really enjoy your videos, congrats on achieving the success that you were aiming for. I do have a question- is this the same way of eating that you followed when you stared you weight loss journey? Or was there something else you did?
Thank you so much! When I first started following the starch solution I had issues going on with my gallbladder so I didn't have any foods that had a high amount of fats such as nuts, avocados, etc. Once I had my issues under control, I did the normal starch solution where I still ate whole grain flours such as whole wheat, oat flour, etc and sometimes I would eat avocados and nut butters but in moderation... I would almost use it as a seasoning. When I hit a plateau then I cut off all foods higher in fats and I also cut off all whole grain flours and started doing the 50/50 method. I hope this answers your question.
Lol 😂 yeah it’s funny when I make these videos I just get in the zone and I’m myself and I don’t mean to be too loud but i guess I am 😅 and thank you so much!
Ola, I recently found your channel and I am really enjoying it. I am not 100% plant based, I do enjoy my vino on the weekends and my some processed snacks. But during the week I am pretty much exclusively plant based/vegan. Your recipes are very much appreciated and helpful. I like that you are honest and tell it like it is. I am going to try your bowl this week for dinner. Aye te watcho😊
hi!! So glad you are enjoying my channel!! Lol! That's okay!! I am 100% plant based except that every now and then I might enjoy a cocktail with my husband on a date night! But that's awesome you are 100% plant based during the week days!! Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm glad that you like my honesty! lol! Let me know how you like the bowl!
Hi Mirna!! Yay!!! Thank you so much for the compliment and so glad these meals help you out!! The first few days are the hardest but I guarantee you after a week you will be on a roll! ❤️
Thank you, Manuela! My sister recommended your channel. Can't wait to try your lunch bowl! That peanut sauce looks delish! OH! Try blood oranges if you haven't already!
So glad to have you here!! And tell your sister I say thank you!! I love that peanut sauce!! I hope you love it too! And omg blood oranges are THE BEST! ❤️
your food is so simple, but it looks so good. I like your videos, staight to the point, no b...t. Also, I was in 2 minds over peanut butter, or PB2. I think you just helped me making my decison. That peanut sauce looked good.
I LOVE peanut sauce!!! For people watching their sodium intake, you can make these changes. For the soy sauce, I use coconut aminos. 1 Tbl Soy Sauce or Tamari is around 1,000 mg of sodium, 1 Tbl coconut aminos is 270 mg sodium. For the peanut butter powder, I use Anthony's organic PB flour. 4 Tbl of PB2 powder is 180 mg sodium and 2 grams of fiber, Anthony's PB powder is only 5 mg sodium and 5 grams of fiber. These 2 changes really help.
Loving your what I eat in a day videos, super motivating! Do you buy premade brown basmati rice or do you make your own, what ratio of water do you use to make brown basmati rice?
Yay!! So glad you are loving my videos!! ❤️I make my own! I have a rice cooker and it’s seriously effortless to make it in there! Usually for every cup of rice, there’s a line in the rice cooker that tells you how much water to add. I tried looking up online the actual ratio for brown basmati rice and I can’t find the ratio! I would say to try 1 cup of brown basmati to 1 1/2 cup of water. I hope this helps!!
I like your content and your energy but just a little bit of feedback…it’s like you’re yelling at the camera and I had a hard time sitting through the entire video. I think you might consider softening your volume and the camera will still pick it up. :)
I wouldn’t describe it as the most flavorful fruit out there or anything like that lol BUT it was refreshing, kind of crispy and it was fun to eat. Try it out!
