Thank you for pointing that out! I have people come for me all the time because I miss a good burger and eggs...everyone is not vegan because they dont like meat texture etc or for animal cruelty, although its an Added Benefit to do our part...lots of Vegans/Plant based people do it for better health, to stop eating meat/animal by products as they are mucus forming foods etc

She mentioned all reasons. Animals, environment and planet. If people say they went vegan for health. Veganism is for animal welfare only and it's a lifestyle. Plant based is a diet for health. When I say diet I don't mean for weight loss even though plant based will work for that also. Many vegan foods are very unhealthy. I had to find that out the hard way. I gained weight and my cholesterol went to a through the roof. Vegan burgers, cookies, butter, chips, fries etc has nothing to do with health. That's called dirty vegan. I eat for health also, but very healthy. I've heard the same thing about why you eat that way if you eat things like vegan burgers, and things like. Vegans are fooling themselves by eating foods that resemble meat. I explained to many people what the word veganism means. It's about the animal. Plant based is not eating animals but for mostly health. I did it for all three reasons. To not exploit animals, to help the planet and for my health. This planet is being eaten to to death. I also ask people where are you going to live if this planet is destroyed?

@Marilyn Summit I hear you and thank you your reply. I have moved away from using the Word "Vegan" and use "Plantbased" as much as possible, I aspire to be a "Vegan" in the sense of saving the animals and planet because its all part of killing off people.... Yes, most Vegans/PlantBased people know all foods without meat or its byproducts are not necessarily healthy, but kudos to those that have started moving away from the meat heavy American diet we have grown accustomed to, hey gotta start somewhere! 🤷🏾‍♀️ Honestly Alkaline is the best for health, it's strict, I tried it for like 3 months, Amazing results on my overall health, I need to get back to that, its on of the cleanest ways you can go!

I tried them last Saturday. I loved them. I made a cobb salad with "bacon" bits they are vegan. And the 2nd pack I made egg salad it was good. Being vegan 8 years, maybe 9, I've lost count, but I did miss boiled eggs.

I love this little family and when y'all do mukbang reviews together💕 Yes bro! Avoid extraction if you can and need our teeth are connected to organs they need our teeth. Just oil pull with coconut oil throw some clove powder in there and if you can find every now and then alternate coconut oil with black sesame seed oil.

Hey yall! First time seeing one of your videos. Haven't had eggs for a coo minute, so much has changed since I first became vegan. I loved eggs on top of Mexican rice and legit can't wait to try these. Also first time seeing a family mukbang! So dope! Love that you pray before a meal too. Funny about the wisdom tooth. I had one extracted through oral surgery once. They had to cut it out so they had to give me an IV & put me to sleep.
